It is no exaggeration to state that the All India Students' Federation (AISF)has carved out an indelible and unique place in the modern history of our country.It has made rich and glorious contribution to the national freedom movement against the colonial British rule. And after independence, it has contributed richlyto the multifaceted reconstructional development activities and to the resurrection of India. It has at the same time led unforgettable struggles for sectional demands of students and for solution of the broader social problems.
