I extracted a frame about every 7 seconds from the video I did yesterday... and then put it together using FrameByFrame; sound and title added in iMovie

It would be longer but it was tedious enough saving 60 frames one by one.

This is Part 1, which is mostly digging and some prep work. The film is 30 frames per second.
