Experimenting with FrameByFrame on the Mac with my iSight to create a stop-motion movie (all 7 seconds of it). The last hour has considerably increased my respect for Nick Park and team.

[It looks awful on my G4 MDD PowerMac because it struggles to playback Flickr's Flash movies. Fine in Quicktime locally. Your Mileage May Vary.]

Cam getting towed in around 30 mph and throwing a 360 off the jump Tom built. He later hucked a 720. I haven't used the high speed burst mode on the 30d in awhile, I forgot how fun it is. However, stitching all 7 photos together was not.

A still from my degree animation, 'Baobab'. This was done with inks and pencil on a variety of different papers and surfaces; I was interested in capturing the texture of the work in opposition to a lot of the very smooth and perfected digital stuff that was around at the time.
