Two Starlings interacting in flight. We have an exhibition at my camera club shortly and I needed a mono print, as starlings are lacking in colour, I thought this would suit.

Mr SL Italy for the grand finale wears a black Frac in typical Italian baroque style by Adam Edelstein Couture, the gray scarf that closes the collar of the beautiful white shirt and the pochette in his pocket and the waistcoat are a touch of class and super elegance. The MR SL Italia dress is also complete with accessories, the brooch on the neck, the watch on the chest are both silver and give the dress that extra touch of elegance. To complete her outfit MR SL Italia wears white leather gloves, a cilindro hat in his hand, and classic black patent leather shoes.

So called because of the formal layout of the garden at Loseley Hall and the modern sculptures in the background which seem to be figures meeting.
I had thought to do some shots for a website, in Formal, Casual and Lingerie. However between me asking the parameters and submitting, the rules changed so it was a waste of my time. So lets post them here!

Anguri Bagh, the garden in the courtyard features an interlocking pattern made of red sandstone borders. The Agra Fort is the walled Mughal fortress city in Agra, India and the seat of government for several Mughal emperors. There are multiple palaces, gardens, courtyards, halls and other structures inside the massive complex. It was mostly built during the 16th century; Agra Fort was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983 because of its importance during Mughal rule. A portion of the fort is used today by the Indian military.

American Coot enjoying his alone time. They very much tend to gather in close packs in the middle of the lake on cold winter days seemingly to stay warm. Not unnoticed by a pair of eagles who constantly harass the group swooping in for a quick meal. The good news, I've yet to see them actually score a win.

A Formal Farewell to Summer... The weekend of the Balloon Festival was pretty much the only weekend this summer when I got to do things that felt like life was "normal" again... so now, I am unofficially declaring summer OVER... at least for me! And that's just fine... I like Fall better anyway! (And yes... this is my take on "poetic license"... I added the sunset colors) Happy Fall y'all!!

The pristinely white Great Egret gets even more dressed up for the breeding season. A patch of skin on its face turns neon green, and long plumes grow from its back. Called aigrettes, those plumes were the bane of egrets in the late nineteenth century, when such adornments were prized for ladies’ hats.
