BAGHDAD – Using a laser, Lt. Gen. Ayad a Fuaad, Chief of Staff for Rusafa Area Command, checks a soda can for fingerprints inside a forensics lab at the Joint Explosive Exploitation Cell on Camp Victory July 20.
