Candler is an unincorporated community in Buncombe County, North Carolina, United States. It lies on North Carolina Highway 151 and U.S. Routes 19, 23, and 74 Business, at an elevation of 2,122.7 feet (647 m). The ZIP code of Candler is 28715. The community is part of the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area. This mountain community nestles in Hominy Valley, approximately halfway between Asheville (to the east) and Canton (to the west) via Interstate 40 (about 20 minutes either way). Mt. Pisgah, with access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, stands to the south, Asheville to the east, and Newfound Gap to the north. This image was created from multiple exposures blended together in Photoshop CS6 layers using the "Lighten" blend mode. All exposures were taken with a single Paul C. Buff Einstein strobe with a 22" beauty dish attached to a Elinchrom boom arm and a 3-stop B&W ND filter attached to my lens. The very moment for that The Fuzz and myself and Yvonne had come to discover for that we would have to wait about two hours or more to recceive a steaming hot 25 cent pizza. We told most if not all of the people who had formed a long line that they could take their pizza and jam it right up their bung holes. So all three of us decided to go and get some chinese food.

The Ranger is about to cross the 200K mark and is showing its age, aesthetically and mechanically, but it did me good this day. We covered several hundred never before seen miles, from table flat deserts to pine covered mountains.

Myrtle Beach Surf Rescue (formerly John’s Beach Service) provides ocean lifeguards in the heart of Myrtle Beach along the Grand Strand in South Carolina. Myrtle Beach is home to over 35,000 people and hosts nearly 20 million people yearly with vacationers flocking to its wide beaches, warm weather, and variety of entertainment and activities. MBSR is a proud member of the United States Lifesaving Association and employs over 50 lifeguards yearly who are trained and held to the standards of the USLA. While our lifeguards are dedicated to providing a safe environment for all beach-goers, our beach attendants are happy to assist with all your beach chair rental and umbrella rental needs. Originally established in Virginia Beach, VA in 1943, John’s Beach Service at one point had locations in Virginia, Florida, Texas and South Carolina. MBSR Lifeguards and JBS beach attendants can be found on the beach from mid-April until the end of September. MBSR's (formerly JBS's) Myrtle Beach location has been a family owned and operated company since 1984 and takes pride in hosting employees from all around the world.

This caught my eye as something out of the ordinary to add to the 'First Group' group, especially so as a night shot. This Ford Ranger EX11FYO is parked outside Exeter St. Davids station and was joined in the morning by contractors' vehicles.
Shot of a 1964 Ford Thunderbird 2-door, 4-passsenger convertible coupe ragtop, model [76], one of 9,198 produced. Painted in what looks like “Phoenician Yellow” with “White” vinyl roof. Assuming it still has the 390-CID V8. The car appears to have been retrofit with a 1965-style chrome ‘Bird’ badge centrepiece in the middle of the taillights, whereas the 1964 centrepiece had the “Thunderbird” script in the middle.
Spotted whilst out on the road, being trailered by a modern Ford Ranger pickup, somewhere in Germany, back in 2017.
