Hello you lovely people (◕‿◕)♡
This picture is for one of my favorite creators who I am cheering for for years: Chiaki Xue. I find Dura's work absolutely amazing and I'm a big time fan! (✧ω✧)
Thank you, Chiaki, for considering me to take a picture of you. I feel truly honored and I hope you'll like who the picture turned out! :)

It's only dangerous to the leaves in my garden but I'm hoping for a pretty butterfly but I don't know which kind it will be.
Got a suggestion that it's a Pale Tussock moth caterpillar. In that cast the hairs on it can cause itching if you touch them.

The bells toll for us, echos from my past
That went by, far to fast
We tell tales, they state
On mornings meant to last
We must try to grow slow
We must try, try to grow
Let it glow, and let it go
Let it glow, let it go

Perched for picking the last of the wild grapes is an Immature Female Baltimore Oriole. I wasn't quite sure what I had captured upon first sighting her, but after viewing it on screen I also realized that I had captured a fisherman's sinker caught up in the vine.

I know they aren't to everyone's taste, but I'm always so pleased when I find these little jumping spiders. I think they have the cutest faces and crazy hair :) This one was enjoying glorious sunshine at the weekend and unusually stayed still for a while.
The birds perched on the ledges of downtown buildings in Orange, Virginia have decided that three Southern SD40-2’s roaring through town with a northbound train constitute a threat, and have taken flight. One holdout remains on the roof of the onetime Sanitary Grocery Company.
For My Pain was pretty awesome Finnish heavy metal band, those who are familiar with Nightwish... should enjoy Tuomas' another project.
On this way good luck and all the best dear friends in Ukraine from dl1ydn 73

Day 1 of 20 of albums that influenced my musical tastes. I'll start with Standing on a Beach. I remember listening this CD everyday in my high school years, in my house or in my friend's room, feeding our minds with these dark sounds and some bright musical notes, creating our perfect soundtrack for the teenager.
The album was titled Staring at the Sea in CD format in some countries is the first greatest hits album by the English band the Cure, released in the United States on 15 May 1986 by Elektra Records and in the United Kingdom on 19 May 1986 by Fiction Records, marking a decade since the band's founding in 1976. It's been 40 years of The Cure, 40 years of this deep powerful music. This special song takes me back to my high school years when I discovered real friendship and music.
"...It's not a case of telling the truth
Some lines just fit the situation
Call me a liar
You would anyway
It's not a case of aiming to please
You know you're always crying
It's just your part
In the play for today"

in un mondo dove tutto è in vendita, questa bellezza non lo è. Bastano le tue gambe ed il tuo cuore.
Auguri di buone feste a tutti voi.

My dear friend Joan takes incredible bird photos. I struggle with finding birds, especially this time of year, and if I do this is not my forte. I was lucky enough to come across this beautiful young eagle. I added texture to make it a bit more dramatic (not that he is not dramatic enough), I just felt it needed something.
I hope you enjoy this Joan, and please feel free to give me advice!!!!
Thanks for viewing all!

This massive rock sits proudly in the middle of Deadman's Beach. I've often wondered how it ended up there—what geological forces shaped its journey?
Today, as I looked at the photo, it struck me: the rock resembles a giant bao bun buried in the sand. Naturally, this led me down a rabbit hole exploring the history of bao buns. Originating in Northern China, bao dates back to the Three Kingdoms period in the 3rd century, with some evidence pointing as far back as 400 BC.
And then it all made sense: giant, rock-eating aliens with a penchant for Chinese cuisine must have dropped this here during one of their visits in ancient times. Mystery solved. You're welcome!
Thank you all for the kind likes and comments—they’re always deeply appreciated!
P.S. Speaking of buns, if you’ve got 3 minutes, I recommend this touching animation about motherhood and buns:
Taken at Point Leo on the Mornington Peninsula while spending some quality time with friends. They indulged me in not rushing me too much once I spotted this scene and starting shooting it. Thanks for that guys!
There is a tradition of adding padlocks to railings on bridges in parts of the world that this scene made me feel instantly.
