I made some Flourless Chocolate Cookies as my contribution to KeikoFest 2013! I've been hunting for this recipe for years! I have tweaked it, but I still have some perfecting to do! Next time, I want to use the darkest chocolate I can find, and want them a tad chewier! It's the meringue-ness that gives them the crunch & chew that I desire! But these were a little airier than I wanted. I made some with chocolate chips, and some without!
