Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is an orange day at Color my World Daily and we have Mr. Teddy Bear with us to celebrate Happy Teddy bear Tuesdays. And the theme at Crazy Tuesday is Folded or Creased Paper.
This is a perfect day for Mr. Teddy Bear to daydream about sailing on his blue paper boat. Mr. Teddy Bear has a passion for sailing and a passion for boats. So that is why he has so many paper boats ! Once he starts to fold the paper he can’t stop and he has to make several boats of the same color. And then he makes one extra just in case ! That is why Mr. Teddy Bear has more and more paper boats in his house. He can hardly wait to be able to take his boats outside and go on a romantic get away with Princess… Spring is definitely here so it will not be long until sailing is enjoyable again !
Meanwhile, I have to « sail » in a general direction of my living room office !See you later my friends !! And have a beautiful day !
Thank you so much for all your lovely comments / favs/ general support / happy thoughts!! Stay safe and well!! And see you soon on Flickr !!
Another one from the visit to the metal sculpture's place. I printed some images for my friend and when I looked at this one I asked myself "is this from the beach somewhere?" Until I realized it was the wrong way round. I took this in portrait mode but decided I like it better landscape.
This is polished metal and I liked the pale blue shades.

hff! to one and all
Last Sunday we finally had a bright day after weeks of rain and heavy skies. I took a walk along the cliffs at Bempton normally when I am there in early summer the cliffs are packed tight with seabirds but they have not arrived yet, so there was stillness in the air, which was most unusual
I rather like the way the land near the cliff edge very gently undulates the low sun probably added to the effect anyway this shot is SOOC
THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT AND FOR TAKING THE TIME TO WRITE A COMMENT IT’S MUCH APPRECIATED.

I did some color chance on the other side of my newest tessellation 'Play'.
And found these four swinging ladies dancing on the music by Whitney Houston: 'I wanna dance with somebody ' .
They both are folded from German wrapping paper, grid 1:64", hexagon about 33cm, finish size about 15 cm, and again slightly concaaf. I think due to the density of the pattern and the thickness of this paper.

The mighty Clutha river was covered with fog which was spreading up valleys that flow down to the river. Aerial photography through a Perspex window at the rear of an 8 seater plane. Have a good Sunday.
Corsair Folded A WW2 Carrier aircraft with distinguished service, many remain flying today, found in North Carolina.
I posted a colour version a few days back but this black and white version did well at our camera club last night :)

This is a close up section of an iconic Le Klint 172 Light Pendant. Designed in 1971 by Architect Poul Christiansen, it is hand folded to produce a playful and fluent shape. HMM...
Macro-Mondays-High Key
I used the High Key setting in my camera for this shot.
The Upstate, NY area is covered in these lovely white asters. As the petals age, they fold under and fall off. Then the center, where the seeds are, dries and turns a deep brown shade. Birds will feed on the seeds in the winter.
An old windmill at Thorney, now a private house. I stopped to take a photo and was rather glad of the gate that you can see. A good photo for showcasing the sharpness of the Skopar lens if you click in and zoom.
