Florence, Italy. A photo from a few years ago. The Ponte Vecchio is a medieval stone arch bridge over the Arno River, in Florence, Italy noted for its shops built along it, as was once common.

And so to my latest trip, to two Italian Cities I've not visited before - Florence and Pisa. Not exclusively a photographic trip by any means - just one camera and one lens went with me.

Florence is by far one of the most photogenic places I've been to. Every nook and cranny is gorgeous. The Piazzale Michelangelo pictured here provides a stunning vantage point of a sunset over the historic city!
