I use a name of legendary movie director because of 2 reasons: first I needed rhyme for my photo title and second I love movies from Michael Cimino, unfortunately he died before 2 years :(.

About game domino: Domino, small, flat, rectangular block used as gaming object. Dominoes are made of rigid material such as wood, bone, or plastic and are variously referred to as bones, pieces, men, stones, or cards. The traditional Sino-European domino set consists of 28 dominoes, featuring all combinations of spot counts between zero and six. A domino set is a generic gaming device, similar to playing cards or dice, in that a variety of games can be played with a set.
The earliest mention of dominoes is from Song dynasty China found in the text Former Events in Wulin by Zhou Mi (1232โ1298). Modern dominoes first appeared in Italy during the 18th century, but how Chinese dominoes developed into the modern game is unknown. Italian missionaries in China may have brought the game to Europe. The name "domino" is most likely from the resemblance to a kind of carnival costume worn during the Venetian Carnival, often consisting of a black-hooded robe and a white mask.

This one turned out a fair bit different to the original. I also noticed that the original drawing I did years ago, even though it was to scale. I must have just guessed where the Truck mount holes go, as they are WRONG! ha . But that's fine. This was a practice experiment. I'm really liking the skateboard design concept so I will be creating more soon. However this time I will draw up a template to scale and correct DPI /PPI for printing.

Originally drawn on paper, scanned and then coloured and line work in Clip Studio Paint. I love designing skateboards. Mainly inspired by the decks from the 80s. which had artwork so stunning you wanted to collect the decks as art pieces. I still have original Tony Hawk T Shirt artwork, the shirt has perished however the screen print still exists.
