Icelandic horses gathered during a snow flurry. Their patience, their resilience, their intemporality, remind strongly me the Horses of the Chauvet-Pont d’Arc Cave in South of France, one of the most ancient prehistoric painting, around 32.000 years ago.

Арка Дружбы народов в Крещатом парке.
Монумент посвящен объединению Украины с Россией, произошедшему в 1654 г. Когда-то монумент украшали две надписи: «В ознаменование воссоединения Украины с Россией» и «Сооружено в год 60-летия образования СССР».
Состоит из трёх элементов: арки из титановых листов в виде огромной радуги, бронзовой скульптуры двух трудящихся и скульптуры из гранита со сценой из Переяславской рады.
Открытие состоялось в 1982 году после четырёхлетнего строительства и было приурочено к 60-летнему юбилею образования СССР.

Chapada Diamantina is a region of mountains, protected in the category of national park, located in the center of the Brazilian state of Bahia, where almost all the rivers of the Paraguaçu, Jacuípe and Rio de Contas basins are born. These streams of water spring up into the ridges and slide across the relief in beautiful streams, plummet into bubbling waterfalls and form transparent natural pools.

This moment needed to be captured quickly and my mobile phone was the first on hand.

An example of being in the right place at the right time. First light on the C&O Canal, captured a Great Blue Heron just as he was passing a rock formation, with wings on the downward flap, and zero wind to disturb the surface of the water. You have the "round" shape created by the Heron and its reflection adjacent to a "rectangular" rock, which connects to a natural "triangle" that transforms into a "square" or "diamond" by virtue of its reflection.
