Длина тела болотной гаички может достигать 14 см, масса – 15 г, а ширина размаха крыльев – 20 см. Птицу называют еще черноголовой за темную шапочку, «одетую» на ее голову. Брюшко и спинка серо-бежевые, воротничок и щечки более светлого цвета, а под клювом имеется черное пятно. Перья крыльев и хвоста коричневых оттенков. Источник: kipmu.ru/sinica/
