If I feel the need to be more 100% than I am... I head here, which is the Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Preferably in the middle of the week when weather is a bit of an issue so that there are very few other people there. Then I can just sit and breath in the mountains and before long, everything else just fades away. 100 %
