This is as close to waves as I can get without driving eight or ten hours. Lens is a 24mm Canon FD f2.8 at f5.6. Also used a polarizer to cut glare on the water.
I took this on Sunday after the church service had finished. With hindsight, it might have been an idea to cover the drums with hearts, but sometimes the thought comes too late. Besides, I couldn't miss the tea and biscuits.
Not much PP, a crop and an attempt to balance the light across the frame.

The church of Collioure is undergoing renovations, and we are all looking forward to seeing it again without its ugly "cage", and more beautiful than ever.
While looking for diagonals for this weeks Crazy Tuesday theme, I was having fun with a few Dutch Angle photos, such as this one. I am not sure what this flower is called but I thought it looked lovely. The butterflies and bees seemed to be enjoying these plants in the morning sunshine. There were several of these plants, in a variety of colours, in this meadow.
While suspended on a sideways tilt, this small, happily feeding skipper butterfly, became this weeks photo for #FlickrFriday and the theme of #Flip.
