this image always appears in my mind whenever I think about the day my grandfather passed away. He was wrapped up in white sheet, the hospital room was all lit up, but for me.. it was dark just like that.. it is always that image that keeps rockin' my mind..
in this photography project .. i'm aiming to visualize certain things that affected me in my life in different ways, some might be sad, some might be inspirational .. and this photo is a test!

A series of 5 "flashbacks"created with Bryce & edited with PaintShop Pro(my new toy!!!)...My daughter is going to see Lynard Skynard & Marshall Tucker. She knows Skynard, but she wanted to familiarize herself with Marshall Tucker. Going thru those songs on YouTube along with a bunch of other good old music, transported me back to the '70's...thus, this flashbackseries. Hope you enjoy my trip back in time!!!=0)
With the weather conditions being harsh for a couple of weeks now, I rather had to go through some of the highlights of this year. Encounter with Red fox (Vulpes vulpes) cubs was definitely one of them.

Candid eye contact street photography from Glasgow, Scotland. Taken in the heat of summer 2017, her head was at the perfect angle to the sunlight for some strong butterfly lighting. I just loved the heavy shadow cast by her eyelashes in this. Wishing all of my Flickr friends a fantastic weekend of photography!
The 75th running of the Santa Train coasts across the former C&O bridge in Elkhorn city at first light with CRR F7A #800 doing the honors. I was attempting a low light pan across the bridge at 1/20th shutter speed, and one of the other photographers in the group fired off their strobes and this was the result.
This was one of the first pics I took of my dad after we moved him into a retirement community - in his favorite chair, doing his favorite thing - napping.
