When you want to repair your car, but can only afford a sticker...

Back in March I attended two LEGO exhibtions at Reading and Bricktastic, Manchester. Since then I’ve mainly been making repairs and improvements to three of my motorised models. The Ark needed a new motor and the Rover (which has yet to appear online) had all its motors switched to Control+ so it’s easier to drive. However third model (which again has yet to debut online) needed a total tear down and the reworking of its innards to fundamentally change the way it works. That is now complete, it works as demonstrated here, and I can get on with the rest of my life.

Poster for the fixed gear community

My new bike. The 'Lager' from SE Bikes. A fixed gear bike (you can turn the rear wheel around for a freewheel cog). This was my first fixed endeavor. I chose the 'Nordbahntrasse'. A former railway track which is now a high profile bicycle lane through Wuppertal. Here I'm in front of Tunnel Schee.

Mein neues Rad.

Perks of fixed gear bike, it's easy to clean and maintain a single gear. But riding it hurts your knees too.

I fit these Lenses to my Sony Alpha A7. They make quite the good impression in my eyes.

Check out the sample images I took with these in my fotostream.

Got a few repair tips in APUG website and seemed to get the meter working properly and shutter speed seems ok.

I'm so happy to have finally fixed it hahahaha, it really took me so long to figure this simple solution... XD The normal 6L bar with stop ring and a jumper tile. It looks so good, exactly like the older road signs only taller...

I must admit, it does feel a little bit ridiculous to shoot after handling a Hasselblad.
