Recently took part in the annual Suffolk Walking Challenge. Suffolk County Council’s Discover Suffolk team help to promote the beauty of Suffolk , its footpaths and rights of way by organsing an annual event which includes over 100 walks. The one I took part in was a 4 day walk following the path of the River Stour. Mainly in Suffolk but crossing the border into Essex as well. The official distance being 63 miles though those measuring with a GPS and fitbits showed we actually did 69 miles .
Start was at Flatford Mill Suffolk home to Willy Lotts Cottage made famous by the artist John Constable his parents living at the Mill here. Dedham Vale is an area of outstanding natural beauty

Last night's sleep according to fitbit. As one would suspect... sleep is a bit more inconsistent after a couple drinks.
As of January, my FitBit & I had walked the length of New Zealand. I'm about 400 miles away from the next milestone.

Wicked Cool!
You've earned the Fitbit Japan badge. As if we weren't already blown away by your lifetime achievements, you've stepped it up to walk 1,869 miles—the full length of Japan. It may not be a stamp in the passport, but your travels added another badge to your collection!
Trying to get my daily Fitbit Steps up by walking on the beach in the mornings, weather permitting. As you can tell from the number of footprints in the sand, there were a lot other people walking on the beach this morning, too.. Probably because there has been a lot of rain over the past week, so we were all happy to be outside moving around. As you see, there were lots of clouds rolling around, but it seems the rain has cleared out.
Nový bezdrôtový tracker vo forme náramku. Oproti Fitbit Flex prináša Force navyše vstavaný výškomer pre meranie schodov, OLED displej, ktorý zobrazuje statistiky, aktuálny čas a notifikácie z iOS 7.
She got me a fitbit to replace the one I wore for six years - and lost in the flower bed. By the Spring, it was kaput.
The Charge 5 does far more than I know how to use. But I'll get there.
For my height, 10,000 steps = 5 miles. I've briskly walked 150 miles this month - 5 miles at a time, thank goodness!

Mejor aspecto que el anterior, pero sigo sin ver exactamente lo que buscaba: que la comunicación y la carga estén integradas en el dispositivo, sin necesidad de cables ni dongles que me pueda olvidar...
As we find ourselves getting a little older (not MUCH older, mind you), Mrs Smilemoon and I are settling in and reaching back to those things we enjoyed when we were more of a freshly minted couple 30 some odd years ago. Books, movies, music (for me) and fiber arts (cross stitch and quilting for her). We decided to stay in on Sunday afternoon to watch The Martian with the boys, and she settled in with her cross stitch project (picking up where she left off maybe 20, 25 years ago). You can see the Fitbit she got for Christmas, representing a new recommitment to fitness. In coming weeks, she and I will be attending beginner yoga classes, which is mostly MY commitment to taking a stab at some sort of fitness regimen, having avoided any commitment to fitness for as long as possible. I'll let you know how classes go!
