this rectangular Lock & Lock container is ideal as a case to fit around a canon elph, i cut it with a dremel tool. that is a semi-fisheye lens with hot glue holding it firm. the lens from the elph extends really close to the inner lens of the fisheye. it worked out pretty well. the next one is going to have cleaner access ports. i am working on another that holds a macro lens. the camera fits with a push and comes out the same way. this way i can have a number of lens lids to swap with one camera in one base container.
Sorry about the quality of the image, the scanner had dirt on it that got all over the picture. Shot using a fisheye lens on a 35mm Canon Rebel
Some random fisheye snapshots, some of them very typical and maybe a couple less so. Well, no, when I look at them, they all look pretty formulaic. They show both how much fun a fisheye can be, and how much the shots all begin to look alike in pretty short order... the moral for me being that everybody ought to have one, but you don't want to pay too much for it if you can help it. I paid $10 for this one, which is about right in my book :)=
The lens was about 3 or 4 inches from the wheel for this shot...
Some fun shots with the Olloclip fisheye lens for iPhone of Shadow. I'm sure glad he doesn't look at Flickr! :)
Now that the sunrise is getting earlier I can get back to my favorite walking-to-work picture: the fisheye sunrise. It was hardly a stunning display of gorgeousness or anything this morning, but whatevs. At least the sun was up before I got to the office, right?
