A Fisheye photo of San Mateo Park in Irvine Shot w/ a Nikon Coolpix 4500 using the FC-E8 fisheye lens for a 183 degree field of view
This image consists of three images shot a 1 stop exposure offsets and combined using contrast masks. This results in a high dynamic range photo.
The real fun with the fisheye isn't in getting more room around the subject, though - it's getting very close to the subject and allowing the wild distortion to happen! This is the same electrical pole from the preceding pictures; I'm leaning against it here. Note the pronounced lens flare from shooting into the light.
