The First Day of School

Hard for me to believe she's entering 1st grade. Excitement doesn't begin to describe her feelings and I'm so proud of the little person she's becoming. Here's to your best year ever, baby!
Aidan made this craft at school. They had read a book at school about a raccoon family where the raccoon child was anxious about leaving for the first day of school. The mother raccoon kissed his paw and said whenever he misses her he can place his paw on his cheek and place the kiss there. This is Aidan's kissing hand to us and we were instructed to make one each and send it back to school with him. The entire class will have them all posted on their bulletin board.
Today was the first day back at school for my sons. They were excited and apprehensive, as could be expected!
Andrew's last first day of school. Audrey has a few more. This year school starts early again. They get to take the red bus in the background when I work from home.
