左奥が、台の物「昆布舟盛り 鯛と蕪、雲子の松前蒸し、菊菜、椎茸 (Poached Fillet of Sea-bream & Soft Roe in Kelp Boat)」、

その右が「香の物 (Japanese Pickles)」、

左手前が「河豚雑炊 (Japanese Rice Gruel with Globe-fish Fillet)」、

その右が「白味噌仕立て よもぎ麩、梅人参、梅大根、うぐいす菜 (Miso Soup)」。

昆布舟盛りは葛餡が上からかかっていて、淡白でとても上品なお味。河豚雑炊はもっとガッツリ食べたかった。白味噌仕立ては京風なので溶き辛子が入っていた。辛子が少し苦手なので、これはあまり好きではなかったかな。

JAL の frequent flier にはお馴染の「スカイタイムゆず」という、ゆずジュースを頼んだ。酒は飲まないよ。
