This is the Maple Ridge film location for First Blood where Colonel Trautman made his quote. I used an art filter from my E-620. I am not a huge fan of them and this will probably be the only time i post a picture with its use.
Hope is where they filmed the first (and only good) Rambo movie, First Blood. Rambo blows up their Dairy Queen.
Now, I can understand that maybe Hope is happy to try and scare up a little cash from the tourists by getting them to stop here and shit, but isn't this a little like Plainfield, Wisconsin, putting up a painted board for Psycho or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre?
