On October 8, 2013, members of the Louisville Area Chapter Board of Directors and young professionals group Crossing Generations attended a skills session to complete re-certification in First Aid, CPR and AED. Prior to the in-person skills session, participants were able to complete the reading and test portion online at their own pace.

Events included evaluating a casualty, performing first aid to an extremity, performing first aid in an open abdominal wound and a 9-line MEDEVAC request. The event included an outdoor trauma lane as well as an indoor blood trauma lane. Competitors had to perform tactical medical care in an outdoor environment, as well as treating casualties in an indoor environment with combat sound effects, thus creating a stressful environment. Last night was the party to celebrate my Grandad's 50 years of service with the St Andrews Ambulance Association, I am so proud of him, his work is/was primarily as a first aid trainer, so directly, and indirectly he has probably saved a lot of lives, that's awesome don't you think?

My name is Isaac Landry. I live in Auburn NH with my Mom, Dad, and three brothers: Ethan, Aidan and Evan. I was Mommy’s second baby. She had all boys. Even the dog is a boy! Our dog is named Guinness and he was my birthday present when I turned 7 years old. I’m 9 now, so Guinness is two years old.

Dilapidated building that used to be Glen Echo Park's first aid station. Now, it is used as a classroom for children. I love the attractively-decaying red door.
Not sure if the hint is for more pain relievers or a message to management that maybe people shouldn't need so much pain relief at work. This is downstairs in an area occupied by a different division than mine.
