Seems odd to have a boat docked in Lewes Harbor, just off the Delaware Bay and adjacent to the Atlantic, registered to Denver, Colorado.

This is a tradition in Lewes.. when there's enough snow.

Rained out of the tent, the crowd gathered upstairs and downstairs in the Zwaanendael Museum where the band and the actor playing Frederick Douglas entertained them in smaller groups.
