Built in 1901 this Shand Mason fire engine was originally owned by Blackburn fire brigade. In 1954 it was acquired by Liverpool Fire Brigade for display purposes and use at shows. It's presently on display at the Museum of Liverpool .
A jeep of the former Brighton Fire Brigade which was based at Worthing. The idea behind the design was that it was able to operate in the narrow lanes in Brighton should it be required.

We had six fire engines in our road tonight. One house was wrecked, fortunately nobody was hurt but it must be traumatic for the residents
Lockheed had a large plant in Sunnyvale, CA near Moffett Field. They had a few fire apparatus on-site.
