Así estaba hace unos días el coche de mi señor hijo tras la nevada. Cosas de vivir en Siberia.... Foto hecha con el móvil... y con mucho frío. Ando un poco disperso, con líos familiares y de trabajo. Pero ya vendrán tiempos mejores, igual que ha llegado la calma tras los estragos de la borrasca Filomena. Espero que estéis todos bien. Cuidaos mucho.

The Great Storm finally arrrived, we hadn´t had so much snow here since 1971 (according to the news, that is), so a very unusual sight in Madrid! Awesome!

I momentarily interrupt the "El Camino" series to upload some photos of Madrid during the Filomena storm.
Una semana después del paso de la borrasca "Filomena" y ya se empieza a apreciar la boina de contaminación de Madrid capital, que este domingo el Ayuntamiento ha activado el protocolo anticontaminación debido especialmente a la calefacción en estos crudos días invernales, ya que el tráfico de vehículos por la nevada ha estado muy restringido.

La borrasca FILOMENA, el temporal más intenso de los últimos 50 años ha paralizado gran parte de España.
Las temperaturas más bajas se esperan en la noche del domingo al lunes y también la madrugada del martes, con heladas fuertes en zonas del interior, con temperaturas inferiores a -8º. En zonas de montaña y áreas llanas con superficie nevada, las temperaturas mínimas pueden ser inferiores a -10º

The lowest temperatures are expected in the night from Sunday to Monday and also in the early hours of Tuesday, with strong frosts in the interior areas, with temperatures below -8º. In mountain areas and flat areas with snowy surfaces, the minimum temperatures can be lower than -10º

En el Parque Natural de la Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche, se dejó sentir los efectos de la borrasca de frío y nieve que está azotando toda la península.
Escapada el domingo a primer hora para ver si se habían cumplido los pronósticos y había nevado en la zona.
Como yo, miles de personas se desplazaron a este enclave. No es muy corriente ver la nieve por aquí.

Silencio en el campo nevado. Una luz lejana. Y una máquina que invade de repente el horizonte con su porte. Con el ruido amortiguado de sus motores y el susurro de los rodales.
