Well, like the title says you supply your own narrative.
I would use examples like this in classes I taught. Looking at the pics the viewer was to construct a narrative as to what is happening and what is the context of this picture.
I'm not sure what etiquette requires in such a situation. Do I give and answer to action and context of the photo? Or not? Well, that certainly is a puzzler, isn't it?
Could it be a super duper moon in the snow? Taking a break from filming 'The Astronot' (bit.ly/AstroTease).

Our group got combined with a film crew from Western Michigan. Here, guide Ricky Hayes explains how this petroglyph showed solstices and equinoxes.
Though I've done a fair amount of similar filming, this team had a lot more experience than mine. It was interesting to watch and learn.
The Astronot is an independent film written by Pennan Brae & directed by Tim Cash. The trailer link is on the profile page if interested. The film is currently on the 2019 film festival circuit.
