Dai miei appunti di allora …
Tutti gli antichi edifici di - File - furono smontati in 40.000 pezzi, catalogati e successivamente rimontati nell'isola di AGILKIA.
In the recent round of re-scanning, I came across this slide from the late 1980s showing a Kingston upon Hull Roe bodied Leyland Atlantean obviously operating in Blackpool. The photo was taken in Talbot Road as both it, and the Blackpool Transport Routemaster queued at the lights outside the old bus station there. Maybe putting two and two together and getting five, I've now filed this shot of WRH 294J in my Fylde Borough section as that particular firm appeared to be buying many a second hand 'decker at the time, particularly those from other municipal fleets sharing a common blue livery. I have another shot of an ex Grimsby Cleethorpes Roe bodied Fleetline taken on Lytham Road, again which I assumed to be working for Fylde.
