The quiet of the arroyo wraps around the mountains and allows the desert birds their turn to be heard. A gentle breeze ruffles the grasses and flutters the flowers as it hugs the rocks jutting from the wall that used to be a giant mountain.
We're probably all trapped in the Upside Down. How else could we explain the fact that we still have a Mind Flayer for a president?

Saturday night cruising in Paprihaven...
Pratik's fine 1961 Jaguar E-type Coupe is usually the head turner at the pumps. But he notices some other fine machines have sidled up as well.
It's a safe bet no one in this group is buying regular.
Inside the food mart Pratik tries to figure out who owns which car. He pegs a casual yuppie for the Porsche and a sophisticated looking lady for the Lexus.
Pratik decides to see if he can time it right to have a conversation with them out by the pumps. They seem like his kind of people.

This type of bisque figure was popular at the end of the 19th century. Mass produced in Germany and Britain they are usually well made but not that popular in modern homes.
They usually came in pairs, The young lady would have had a equally elaborate beau.
