I was amazed at the wild, fierce look in this Canada lynx's gaze...

Also in this photo, you can see how long their legs are, much longer than the more common bobcat in the Lower 48. Also their oversize, very furry feet, which help this wildcat run on top of snow. Barely visible (sorry it's so fuzzy) are the black ear tufts.

Hey there guys, I have decided to keep Clovisse for now. Ever since I put him up for feeler yesterday, the amount of depression I felt is not a joke. Forgive me for saying so, but I have always scoffed at other collectors who said they form a bond to a doll so strong that they couldn't let them go forever.

I don't believe in bonding with a doll, to me, they're just toys and meant to play with and when I'm bored, I sell them and get new ones. I felt this 'bond' before with Lexington (RS Song) and Luvbouy (MNF Karsh) before but not as strong as I felt for Clovisse. I sold Lex and Luv with hesitations, but I don't really miss them at all. (They are in good hands now!)

I can sell Clovisse, I can get another one, no problem. No issue at all. But that's not the problem, the problem is, he wouldn't be the same. He would only be a shell of an amazing doll and I don't want that.

So please forgive me for being an undecided prick, you all have been amazing with your offers. I am awed by the love you all have for Clovisse. All of you are capable of giving him a wonderful home, but please let him stay with me for a bit more. Let me make a decision that will benefit both me and him! Thanks for your support so far! You all have been so, so kind to us!

... at least according to my t-shirt. Learning to eat again following my total gastrectomy has not been fun. I’m tired of the ‘full liquid diet’ I have to be on for several weeks. Blah! But I am grateful they found the CDH1 mutation and the presence of signet ring cell Adenocarcinoma in my stomach as early as they did. All thanks to my oncologist who wanted me to get additional genetics testing due to my history of ovarian cancer. She is awesome! P.S. We did find out today that my son also is positive for the mutation. :( Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as well. My daughter was negative for this horrible mutation.

A beautiful cat came into our backyard. I was fascinated by it's penetrating gaze.

I had the enormous pleasure of being able to watch these young wild fox cubs at play at the weekend. They are so young they remain very close to the den while their mother goes off, but they have a wonderful enclosed area, hidden from view, where they can play. Thank you so much Philip for showing me these, and for letting me get the best viewpoint :)
