Hay lugares que nunca me canso de visitar, y este es uno de ellos.
There are places that I never get tired of visiting, and this is one of them.
After a slow start winter finally arrives in Barrie, although as of today Lake Simcoe still not frozen, recently read that the latest date to freeze was January 17, 1975.
An corrugated iron fence that angles down at the street end, meeting up with the panel added to cancel the lowered height.
Autumn remains trapped in the reality as winter is approaching quietly and slowly.

El otoño sigue atrapado en la realidad mientras el invierno se va acercando poco a poco, silenciosamente.
Stanage Edge overlooks the Peak District. This view is back the other direction, and I thought worthy of a shot. There is a small fenced area in the middle of the shot.
HFF!
Another lovely fence and frost scene. Please enjoy!

Believe it or not...there is a fence in there. All those flowers and vines are growing near/on a chain link fence.
This was at the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls, MA. What a beautiful area. It's an old bridge that they covered in a stunning flower garden and made into a walking path. No longer used for vehicles.
..HFF!!
..lol..You had to know I took more than one drive by fence shot..;).However, I think this is the last one I'll post. They others don't do as much for me. This one didn't either until I ran it through Topaz Studio.
..HFF!!
Not every boat goes out in the morning I guess. And, maybe it can't. Because of the high tide it's hard to see the fence part. Plus, it's not much of a fence..;)
Hope all my American contacts had a wonderful Thanksgiving and everyone have a wonderful weekend. I have to work Friday and Saturday but I'm taking a week off Yay!

"I love old fences…they remind me of an era…
an age that was simple and slow.
They are rustic, pastoral…picturesque…
and harken to a time long ago.
They span generations…they are a link to our past…
In the present…they can still be our guide…
and when we climb them we gaze into our future…
waiting for us…on the other side".
