For Macro Mondays: "Remedy"

Having recently put up a couple of industrial backdrop shots I thought I'd go for the hat-trick with this offering captured at Warrington Bank Quay a couple of weeks ago.

Freightliner Shed 66531 tentatively makes her way through the complex steel maze that is the Unilever plant, and even more tentatively past the Fatty Acids tank, as she heads the 9.30am Fiddlers Ferry Power Station - East Use Yard (4V22) discharged coals.

I'd just arrived from Frodsham for a day's photography with Mr Woolley and noticed this possible departure in the schedules. With a train having gone in earlier I figured there was a good possibility this working would run, but also knew it required being positioned camera-ready given the proximity of the power station. Thankfully the Fiddlers Ferry signaller updated the reporting system quickly after departure giving us 4-5 minutes notice of its arrival - in the end quite a comfortable capture.

Quite a challenge being the plumber here I should imagine.

The Niagara Escarpment is a long escarpment, or cuesta, in the United States and Canada that runs westward from New York State, through Ontario, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois. It is composed of the Lockport geological formation of Silurian age, and is similar to the Onondaga geological formation, which runs parallel to it and just to the south, through the western portion of New York and southern Ontario. The escarpment is most famous as the cliff over which the Niagara River plunges to form Niagara Falls, for which it is named.

The Niagara Escarpment is the most prominent of several escarpments formed in the bedrock of the Great Lakes. It is traceable from its easternmost point in New York State, starting well east of the Genesee River Valley near Rochester, creating one large and two small waterfalls on the Genesee River in that city, thence running westwards to the Niagara River forming a deep gorge north of Niagara Falls, which itself cascades over the escarpment. In Southern Ontario it stretches along the Niagara Peninsula hugging close to the Lake Ontario shore near the cities of St. Catharines and Hamilton and Milton where it takes a sharp turn north toward Georgian Bay. It then follows the Georgian Bay shore northwestwards to form the spine of the Bruce Peninsula, Manitoulin, St. Joseph Island and other islands located in northern Lake Huron where it turns westerwards into the Upper Peninsula of northern Michigan, south of Sault Ste. Marie. It then extends southwards into Wisconsin following the Door Peninsula and then more inland from the western coast of Lake Michigan and Milwaukee ending northwest of Chicago near the Wisconsin-Illinois border.

In February 1990, the Niagara Escarpment was designated a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, making it one of 12 in Canada. Development and land use adjacent to the escarpment is regulated and the biosphere protected by the Niagara Escarpment Commission, an agency of the Ontario government.

In my dream smoke followed me

As on fire the whole world had been

To the yard I walked in

Up the frontstep and opened the door

Cranes flew over to the North

As I walked on dry

And passed through a grove

Yellow with flowers

They had been expecting me

They said so and I believed

In my dream smoke came to me

And we became as one

I am smoke..

The Largest Bodybuilder in the World is a Vegetarian.

Dalip Singh, known as the Great Khali is 7 feet 3 inches tall. And 435 pounds of muscle mass. This is larger than any Omnivore bodybuilder. Thus a vegetarian beat every other meat eater, including bigger than 7-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates. Dorian Yates is pictured above, with Dalip Singh nest to him, and stating quote: "I felt like a small child next to him", about the massive vegetarian.

The reason is that plant-based muscle is of higher quality. Bodybuilders already know this, that's why if you go into any Body Building Nutrition store, virtually every protein supplement is vegetarian. Whey Protein (from milk) is vegetarian. Soy Protein and Soy Isolate protein is Vegan, and Egg Protein or albumin is ovo-vegetarian.

You do not find packets of chicken paste. You do not find jugs of fish protein powder. You don't find chocolate protein bars with little bits of bacon and beef in it. Why? Because meat is horrible for bodybuilding.

Plants have more protein than meat. Not many people know this. If you think plants don't have protein, and protein is only available in meat, where did the meat come from? A cow. Where did the cow get all that protein? From plants. This means all the protein you believed all this time came meat, actually came from plants. So meat eaters are essentially getting vegetarians and vagans' "sloppy seconds". Meat and Steak eaters meals already went in an animal's mouth first. Vegetarians are getting it from a more pure source, and do not have this problem.

Under-educated meat-eaters may erroneously scoff that plants are rabbit food. Well, that meat-eater probably couldn't even catch that rabbit since the rabbit is faster, that's why they call it a JackRabbit. However not only vegans but also everyone in the world could point out that if plants are rabbit food, meat is MAGGOT FOOD.

Try this experiment yourself, or, just in your mind, leave a piece of meat out in nature, within 15 minutes that thing will be found by botflies, landing on it, tasting it, walking all oer it, ingesting it, and laying fly eggs in the dead meat tissue. Steak is maggot-food, quite delicious to maggots. This is why the smell of meat and dead bodies are one of the most repulsive, disgusting odors known to humankind. There is no worse stink than rotted meat, humans can even remember the smell for weeks, indicating that humans since paleolithic times have never been genetically designed to eat raw meat like a carnivorous lion would eat a dead carcass. In addition, archaeologists unearthing our ancient ancestors such as Australopithecus africanus, and Australopithecus ramidus from as far back in human history as 4.5 million years, have now been confirmed to be vegetarian. That's correct. Humans originated as vegetarians. Unlike mere authors of Paleo Diet books, who are not actual paleontologists but sometimes only aerobics instructors without a science degree, the fact that hominids going back as far as 80 million years were vegetarian and did not eat meat, has now been confirmed by real Archaeologists and Paleontologists, including from the National Academy of Sciences. Sorry Paleos, the Paleolithic Caveman Diet has been debunked and exposed to be a scam made to look authentic using pseudo-science, in order to dupe less educated people into buying their diet books. Another example is that these crossfit paleo diet charlatains who had a good run told everyone that no hominids ate grain prior to 10,000 years ago---until real paleontologists found actual pieces of grain still embedded into the teeth of paleolithic men, 19,000 years ago, then 30-thousand years ago, then 105,000 years ago, and more. Sorry if you believed in Paleo and were duped. Get angry at the lowcarb and paleo diet book pushers, they are the ones who tried to pass off scientifically debunked information and took people's money, laughing at you all the way to their bank.

By the way, if you also believed the Atkins low-carb "diet" you should be aware that the guy who duped all of you with that one, Dr. Robert Atkins, is dead. He told everyone that eating loads of fat, bacon, and meat was great for your heart and sold it to people as a diet. Atkins died when he fell and hit his head, the medical examiner found signs of heart disease and a stroke. And his death certificate reveals he was fat. So much for bacon and meat and saturated fat and a deficiency in carbs being great for your heart...Atkins was apparently killed by his own diet, and died obese.

A vegetarian centenarian Christian Mortenson is also the longest recorded documented human to have ever lived. A vegetarian centenarian Fauja Singh, just set the first ever record for finishing a marathon in his age bracket, over 100+. No other 100 year old person in history ever was able to do this. He did it. And he is a vegetarian. So in addition to massive muscle, as a vegetarian you also enjoy long life and good athletic health.

The Biggest Most Massive Muscular Bodybuilder in the world is a Vegetarian. He is so massive that he dwarfs Olympia class bodybuilders.

Vegetarian UFC MMA Fighter beat 16 other meat eaters and WON the entire Ultimate Fighting TUF Championship.

Vegetarian Mac Danzig was the most muscular contender and beat all the other meat eaters.

For anyone who mistakenly touts that plants dont contain protein, ALL of the protein found in meat comes from plants. How does that bull grow to be 2-thousand pounds of pure muscle? From the proten obtained by eating plants.

ALSO Steak is sopping with female hormones such as Estradiol that effeminizes a man who eats pieces of steak. Any man who eats meat, beef or steak is slowly effeminizing themself.

Biotin, also known as vitamin H, is necessary for cell growth, production of fatty acids and for metabolizing fats and amino acids.

Biotin Regenerating Solution actively helps to stimulate cell repair and promote healthy skin cell and tissue growth, leading to an overall improvement in the structure and appearance of the skin. By accelerating lipid synthesis, it improves the skin’s ability to act as a natural barrier and noticeably reduces fine wrinkles.

It can be used to alleviate the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis, eczema and dry skin, as well as combating hair loss and greying.

Looking into Pots: To find out what pots wree used for in the past, the chemicals absorbed into the vessel walls during cooking are analysed. The most common organic chemicals that come from pottery are lipids, the fats, waxes, and oils found in a wide range of food and other natural products such as beeswax and birch bark tar. To extract lipids from pottery, a small amount of the pot is ground up and mixed with an organic solvent to dissolve any compounds lodged in the pores or stuck on the surface. Different lipids are then separated out by a process called gas chromatography and the chemical structures of the lipids are determined by mass spectrometry. These techniques are very similar to those used to measure the amound of satured and unsaturated fats in the food and drinks we buy. A Coppergate case Study: To find out what the viking Age people at Coppergate were eating, the inside rim area of a 16th century ceramic pot from this site was ground up. Residues often form around the top of a pot, particularly when foods are boiled, as the lipids rise to the surface and leave a mark where the original level of the liquid was, like the tide mark left after a bath. An extract of this sample contained trace elements (just several parts per million) of saturated fatty acids and cholesterol, derived from animal fats such as beef, lamb, and pork or perhaps ever milk. The sample also contained typical lipds of leaf wax, with a pattern that closely matched the Brassica gleracea (cabbage) family. this may have been leafy cabbage of a kale-like plant, a coarser version of the dense headed cabbages known today. Results from this small study suggest therefore that this pot had an everyday use, stewing meat and leafy vegetables to make a tasty and nutritious broth. Lipid analysis is very important when archaeologists want to know not just the species of foods eaten in the past but what other products people made from natural resources such as dairy foods, beeswax, and res

Sushi is the original one-handed food. Which is weird when you consider that drive-through eateries didn't seem to take off in Japan in the same way as they have in North America. You'd think that the country that invented the ideal finger food would spawn a nation of people soiling their steering wheels with the oily omega three fatty acids of raw tuna and salmon, but it just didn't seem to happen.

In fact, a few years back when some cars built in the eighties were being recalled for faulty seatbelt buckles, the Japanese companies that made the cars complained the buckles would function just fine if Americans weren't so untidy and would stop eating in their cars!
