We made some hot tea with our new Fancy Feast stove today. A modified (empty) Fancy Feast can with denatured alcohol for fuel. Aluminum Foil wind screen. Worked pretty good. Hardest thing is you can't see the flame!
Mandy decided to have a Medieval themed Fancy Dress Party so we did. We got some music to and had a "blow" at the same time. There was some serious creative work going on here!
Imagine: It is about 19:00 (07:00pm, whatever you like ;-)), you just finished your diner, a fancy piece of bread with stuff on it (because you had a massive Easter lunch earlier), Sun is setting, a person within earshot is playing piano (windows open, and not very bad at all!), you get your cuppa coffee and simply enjoy the moment...
are you imagining that? feels good hmm?? =) I really, like this balcony, because exactly after diner, it is the perfect location for the after dinner coffee and long conversations. Because really, you get to enjoy the best parts of the sunsets and it is near a beer fridge in case coffee time goes past and it is beer time (in case of friends around ;-))
Sometimes it is important to appreciated the little things =)
