Bikefest has been and gone, now the land at Eastside City Park can be used for the Fanzone for the Rugby World Cup 2015.
Looks mostly like a fun fair at the moment!
Would assume a big screen will be erected here for fans to watch the games.

The Fanzone in Victoria Square a free event, Christchurch February 15, 2015 New Zealand. On my walk around the city with the threat of rain.
Situated at Victoria Square from 13-23 February, the Fanzone will be a hub for cricket fans of all ages and will be the starting point for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 New Zealand Fantrail that leads all the way to Hagley Oval.
The Fanzone will feature something for everyone with food and beverage stands, backyard cricket games, prize giveaways, family days, face-painting, cult-movies and live big-screen coverage of all the games from Hagley Oval.
To celebrate the Rugby World Cup 15 favourite rugby books have been selected for the South West Reading Passport 2015.
