… in order to capture the light from the lamp and also details, I used HDR with +/– 3 EV… and applied heavy softening and pixelization to mask the noises due to high ISO …

I found this intriguing scene inside Leadenhall Market in the City of London. I waited for a while and took a series of shots, I like this one with city workers walking past but the version in the comments is probably my favourite. I'm pretty impressed with the quality of this 6400 ISO shot........

P.S Found out it's apparently called 'False Ceiling' and it's by Richard Wentworth ( www.sculptureinthecity.org.uk/artworks/false-ceiling/ )

- Building area: 12,980.00㎡
- Total floor area: 70,190.00㎡
- Architectural Style: Structural Expressionism (High-Tech Architecture). It’s an incorporating elements of high-tech industry and technology into building design, including the prominent display of the building's technical and functional components, and an orderly arrangement and use of pre-fabricated elements. Moreover, Glass walls and steel frames were also immensely popular.
- Structure Material: Reinforced concrete & Steel columns.
- Structure System: It's based on a square plan with four wishbone-shaped concrete bow-string arches columns at the corners which define the upward curve.
The braces collect forces from intermediate concrete floors and transfer them to corner columns, allowing more weak columns to be used. To control distorting deflections, the K-braces combined with tie-beams which were sequentially post-tensioned as construction proceeded upwards.
- Environmental Design:
The facade is protected from glare and solar heat gain (due to the solar reflection of sun) by deep aerofoil-shaped Aluminium blades fixed to it with projecting brackets.
At the top of the Tower, spaces between arch and beam structure have been designed to integrate ceiling, lighting and air diffuser system
There is thermal ice storage. i.e. Ice is created and stored at night in a rock chamber and used to cool interior spaces during the heat of the afternoon

Yea, It was empty since we were having the course on Friday (Weekend). It wasn't interesting but I was interested to take shots in that empty building...
I took many shots for the building and this is one of them, hope you like it ..:)

About:
The indoors court is located very near to the entrance which emphasize the open space although there isn't any source of natural light there, so it was one of the elements that lets the architect make an open space rather than rooms.
Moreover, the spaces of large area need a larger height. So, the court also compensate that.

SA007 was doing some maintenance work on the suspended ceiling and uncovered this little gem of DIY winching on the heating pipes, left by the military (the previous occupants of Hackerspace Hack42).
This is from a photograph assignment I did for a local architect for his Portfolio.
Its a huge hotel located 40 minutes drive from Islamabad towards Taxilla City.

Captured with my new Pixel 7 phone. Shanta The Regal, one of the prestigious projects completed by Shanta Holdings Limited in North Gulshan, Dhaka. The lift lobby was decorated with marble finish floor, with a gorgeous painting hanging out in the wall and designer sculpture to enhance the beauty of this area. Glad to be a part of this construction.
