Happy Thanksgiving!!
In our yard. That big tree in the middle is a gorgeous Maple that was here when we bought the house. It's about 80-90' tall. We have had the arborists shape it up and maintain it and it is beautiful in all seasons.
Did not realize that lens has to rotate in sun or intense magnification will produce extremely high temps. If electricity fails keeper must hustle up there and draw curtains to shield light.
My Black-eyed Susans are blooming again. It's our Maryland state flower and it loved by the Goldfinches...and the deer! And me!!
Clematis 'Multi-Blue' having a second blooming in fall. These usually bloom in April so this is delightful.
Yes, in bloom in December. They start now and bloom until well into spring. I'm finally able to be out of the boot for a few hours each day so I took a walk out to the garden to see what was happening. We are supposed to get snow tomorrow- the Hellebores will be fine as they very tough!
