At the moment the wild garlic is in full bloom in the Savelsbos, and last weekend I was there and it was fantastic. The whole forest smells of onion / garlic and a real carpet of flowers has formed. Glad I got to witness it!
I went to "my" park early this morning to take some photos of the autumn colours there. The building in this photo is called Emichsburg and was built by the end of the 18th century. At the time the park belonged to the royal family of Wuerttemberg. Nowadays this building is used as Rapunzel's Tower at the fairytale garden of the park and it never looks more fairytale-like than at this time of year.
