Today is Darek's 39th Birthday! Happy Birthday, Sweetheart! We shared some alone time this morning and I gave him some Disney Socks and Kitty gave him a small monkey.
We met Bill & Thomas in the lobby, had breakfast and headed to Day 2 or our Disneyland adventure.
If you happen to go to Disneyland on your birthday you should immediately go to a shop and ask for your Birthday Pin. You will receive a FREE pin saying Happy Birthday with your name written on it. When someone see's you wearing it they may wish you a Happy Birthday. I loved saying "Happy Birthday" to strangers. Some even knew what I was saying.
It was another fun day...made even more fun being with the Birthday Boy.

I'm not sure what I like better, the recessed doors with a recessed light above, or doors with lights on the wall next to them. I guess I'm not really partial either way, because they both look neat.

This morning the 4 Musketeers met in the lobby and grabbed breakfast on our way to Day 1 of our Disney adventure. We let our kids play and had a magical day.

This morning we packed up, met Bill & Thomas in the lobby and headed out of Dodge...aka Disney... and toward home. We stopped at Farm's House Restaurante in Banning, CA for breakfast/lunch. Looking toward the dresser and desk. My biggest complaint about the room would be that there's no desk lamp. Even with all of the other lights on, that corner of the room was still pretty dark.
This massive collection of Marriott brand hotels, in downtown Indianapolis, is almost complete. The JW Marriott is scheduled to open in February of 2011. It is definitely a beautiful addition to the Indianapolis skyline.

The hotel for this trip was a Fairfield Inn & Suites. I stayed in one of these before in Avon, Ohio, and liked it; I figured this one would be no exception.
Playing in our hotel in Chicago on our way to a family reunion in Iowa, making a fort, hiding out, shooting each other up, surrendering, y'know, the usual. And of course we dove into it afterwards.

My room
Today is was our 3rd Disney Day. We had breakfast and headed to Disneyland. It was another fun day of rides, food, people watching and Disney things.
