This is the 1st Xerox with glass face I had, fantastic thing to have glass face unlike all the bare LCDs nowadays. This one stopped working a few years back I replaced the Caps but no good. I put the inverter back in it and powered it up after soldering caps back on it.
It went Bang and smelled so I pulled power lead.
Bridge rectifier seems to be the problem as its visiblyt cracked. Front face is away from body. What is weird though is the + symbol is on the backface of the missing surface. Was this f'd all along and just blew up now?
Will be getting a controller board and remote system for it so I can get it back to some use at least.
If it had been fixed it would have saved me €144!!. Or if i had seen the germans selling a spare screen for €35+20 to door I would have saved €90 but no! its more crap to fail for me.

I totally suck with computers, let along writing code, so I'll pay you €120 to write the code for me for a specific practical assignment on Numerical Analysis (or just modify one you already have written so that the lecturer won't recognized the code) and, of course, explain the code to me. Needless to say, that last bit will be totally useless, but so will be the rest anyway. I suck so much that I won't understand a bloody thing you tell me about your code, you just make sure I can learn enough things to parrot so that I'll sound like I understand it.
Oh, College was soooo much fun :D

Rick Perry made a campaign video in order to get votes for presidency. It was an utter flop as you can see from the amount of dislikes.
i followed WizardMaster's advice and cut up the bread, fried it up, and braised with some vermouth, soy and radish greens. it was actually pretty tasty -- not as chewy as setan but almost there.
