With the summer coming to an end, bright strong rays of lights falter as a gloomier facade reigns over the lands, giving it an orange glow as the leaves turn orange, and fashion takes on earth tones.

my grand-daughter face-painting her cousin's face--done at her little sister's birthday party. Funny thing--after she painstakingly applied the painting--her cousin immediately rubbed it off--saying it was itchy. I didn't even get a chance to take a photo of the finished face.

Pretty in pink, wouldn't you say? This vintage look is the way to end the day. All the straps and bows make this not only an adorable outfit, but the gloves and leg hearken of that vintage feel. It's girly and naughty at the same time. I guess it depends whether or not you have somebody waiting for you:)

For January's Monthly Scavenger Hunt.
I had plans for a nice sunset beach walk but fell asleep instead! Quick look at the MSH list and I realised I hadn't yet got out the blue facepaint! For those of you new to my stream, this is a normal occurance.
