Manufacture of chapatis
Leh (India) - This photo was taken in Leh, in the state of Ladakh. These men are the equivalent of our bakers in the middle of preparing chapatis. This Indian bread comes in the form of a pancake essentially made of whole wheat flour. It is made without leaven or yeast. A staple of Indian cuisine. It accompanies all traditional dishes. It is torn into pieces with which to catch the food, so that it usefully replaces the fork.
In the photo, the manufacturing mode has not changed for centuries. The chapatis are handmade and cooked in a wood oven.

There's a two block area in Dallas where every building is covered in graffiti. And some of it is good. It extended to this fence post making it perfect for Happy Fence Friday.
In this one I blended an abstracted female face with a design created from mesh .... mesh being used in many Industrial Fabrication Processes to create basic shapes & frameworks on which other materials can be added later .....
Big thanks for looking in .... much appreciated ..... best bigger ..... hope you have a Fantastic Weekend

Yeah, you know how it is. She's that girl! The one who IM's your guy while the two of you are out shopping. And you're a goody two-shoes, smiling and being nice about it. Then you get a pair of killer shoes and suddenly you go all Christina on her ass. Gotta love those shoes.
(Thanks, Leia, for helping me out in the photoshoot! ummm, Sorry to slander you ... but the shoes made me do it!)
