I'm trying to figure out all of this social media stuff for my shop! So I'll start with an introduction: I'm Jenna, owner of Rural*ish on Etsy. I'm "just mom" to Jack and Will (ages 6 and 4) and wifey to my partner in adventure (PIA). We live in a small(ish) town in Northern California. Found this amazing collection of mirror ball dots at my favorite local (and amazing) designer Ellen Medlock's studio. The possibilities are endless!
I picked up what my local @joann_stores had left of the new Harry Potter fabric. It's obvioisly going fast! I purchased the pattern at Oklahoma Quiltworks. I love this pattern. It's perfect for a fabric hoarder like me. I get in a mood for a color/tone/hue and I buy up fat quarters like they are going out of style. This is a great way to make them work for you. Also, it's a wonderful way to show off a larger print. I usually work in small piecing so it's fun to use giant prints sometimes without actualy cutting them up. Being a fan of the night, the macabre, the gloomy, the dark palettes, I have been dying to use this "Nevermore" fabric and this was the perfect opportunity.
