On my lunch hour I decided to drive over to the local lake and have my lunch there.
I pulled up in my car along with my camera to see what is happening.
This Yellow-Headed Blackbird perched about 15 feet away and proceeded to put on a brilliant show. I have never seen this species of bird form so many poses with its body as it did on this day. I ended up with 23 funny images.
What a clown! Here he is sending out his distinctive call while twisting his neck to hit all the high notes.

This is version without Christmas card. It have one extra candy on right side, it have more close view and it have naughty sea in background. Santas Claus look worried... I think it is because he forget to deliver few gifts... He confuse because there is Istra Peninsula in Croatia and Istra city in Russia... He is not sure where to deliver the candies... Reindeer Gus isn't worry so much he is always an optimist and less in charge, everybody will blame Santa Claus if gifts do not deliver.

back to my trademark silliness which will, no doubt, elicit the sound of one hand clapping. i just thought this was a really funny image, and a total surprise to me....didn't know i had this til i downloaded. i have no idea what he was really doing here, but the timing is so damn perfect! i cropped a kid from the shot who looked equally astonished; three might have been more convincing, but it was a bit cluttered. now if harry could just get that broom to sweep thru my house.....that would be a picture.

Today Alaska had a 5.7 earthquake, at the mouth of the Susitna River. It was felt in our area - but I never noticed it. (I probably was busy doing chores.) Unless dishes rattle, and things fall off of shelves and break - most Alaskans pretty much ignore the shaking. I thought I'd create a funny image to illustrate an earthquake in my own backyard. (*Best on black.)

Found this funny image browing my archives. This was the wedding party at the Meiji Jingu shrine in Tokyo that I witnessed last year. The entire party is posing for a group shot and the photographers assistants are getting people perfectly adjusted.
I was perfectly lined up as this little kid in the front seat expressed his boredom / sleep depriviation. Can't help smiling as I look at this - can relate to the little guy from when I was a kid. Haha

A really funny image this one and i'm laughing as I write this, a puffin was just about to land in the middle of these and they looked up as to say,'what are you doing' its abit of fun and i hope it makes you laugh as much as it has me,went back to skomer yesturday and got the photos i was unable to get last week due to the bad weather,hope you like it.
