I was passing by the Waterfront Park in Elizabeth City and noticed this sailboat anchored in the middle of the harbor, I just had to stop and grab a photo.

First use of a tripod in a long time. Made me feel like a dedicated photographer.

Well, Snowmageddon 22 was not as bad as it was originally supposed to be (We rarely get more than a dusting in North East North Carolina). Instead of an ice storm and then 14 inches of snow, we got an even 8 inches. Needless to say, the bird feeder was busy this morning, and I caught this Male Northern Cardinal eyeing me warily as he ate.

Siemens Class 707 City Beam train at Cannon Street Station with St Pauls's Cathedral behind. Although used for shorter routes the trains have been criticized for having no toilet facilities. Make sure you go before boarding!

The overall structure was in camera, just tweaked it a lot to bring out the details.
