The gnome itself measures 4.5" x 3.7" and a cap is about 3.7" long, hardly stitched-on the head.

Collarless V2 has lace edging trim. The long sleeve blouse is not included in pattern. The sleeveless and collarless jumper with lined yoke has lowered round neckline and back zipper.
