I rescued this dragonfly while kayaking this morning, I scooped her out of the water and she stayed on my hand while she dried out .. eventually she flew away... I named her Freedom.
For some time, this horses live free in the Pyrinee mountains. I am looking forward to come back there, specially when freedom on the coast is under surveillance.

The Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand (WFFT) is a nationwide effort involved in rescuing domesticated/ captive wild animals. Edwin Wiek still heads this project with the help from a team of full time staff, mostly from the local village, and a team of international volunteers who pay for their stay. One of their goals is to rehabilitate captive wild animals and release them back into the wild, repopulating forest areas in which they are already endangered or extinct.
I visited this incredible place today where the money you spend by visiting or donating is put back into rescuing and rehabilitating these wonderful animals.
After being rescued this Gibbon will finally start it's rehabilitation to a better life stage by stage and currently has space to roam safely on its own small island.

Those cubicle-shaped rooms in those buildings look like books and the whole building looks like a bookshelf. Those rooms representing knowledge. Wings are the focal point in this picture because that is the end result, which is freedom. And with that freedom that person holds endless opportunities (sky is the limit).
Such a chance to live in this amazing country currently, during all that time in Love with Iceland, everyday I wake up in the morning ...
Freedom Falls in Kennerdell, PA from Fall of 2017. When I first showed up, it was pretty overcast - perfect even lighting for waterfalls.. shortly afterwards, the sun started poking through pretty harshly. Instead of waiting for the clouds to cover the sun back up, I decided to just work with it and see if I could get any good looking contrasty shots. This one ended up being one of my favorites. I hadn't yet visited Freedom Falls due to not being able to find good directions and the fact that it is a pretty long drive from the Pittsburgh area. It turned out to be pretty easy to get there, aside from it being located on a steep, windy, unpaved road with a cliff on one side and a ditch on the other... You can park on the hill itself (there are a couple of small spots on the side of the road), or you can make your way all the way down to the bottom and park in the lot on the left. I'd recommend parking down there because you can check out the Rockland Tunnel, which is within easy walking distance. You could either hike up Shull Run from there, or drive/walk back up Rockland Station Rd.
I was able to get to it via GPS by entering the following address: 835 Rockland Station Rd Kennerdell, PA 16374. However, as long as you're taking Pittsville Rd. to Rockland Station Rd (T480) you should be fine.
