La Natura legata alle zone umide manifesta nella nostra realtà ambientale una evidente fragilità. Questo è dovuto al fatto che le bonifiche prima e l'inquinamento poi, hanno cancellato o devastato le zone paludi, gli stagni, le lanche fluviali e le cave senili di cui era ricca la Bassa Pianura Veneta. Il patrimonio di vita selvatica che esse conservano, pertanto, dev'essere difeso strenuamente, pena la perdita di gioielli come questo piccolo airone migratore ..... ..

One of my favourite Flowers are the delicate field poppies. They are something like a summer symbol for me, and whenever I see some blooming somewhere, I MUST take photos of them...
