Following the success of the first “Pre-FOSDEM European Software Freedom Policy Meeting”, OFE and the FSFE organised its second edition. This year we brought together again representatives of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) action groups in order to bridge the gap between the implementers of FOSS solutions and policy makers. The discussions also covered Open Standards (OS) policies across the European Union.
