Red-footed Falcon, Hungary

One of many red-footed falcons (Falco vespertinus) wandering around in Finland right now. Normally a rarity here they have now made their way to us in probably thousands. Observing and photographing them has definitely been one of the year's highlights so far.

This will be my last post for a while as I'm off on a short trip.

I think this is a spiny footed lizard (Acanthodactylus erythrurus) but I'm happy to be corrected ! He was in the Cabo de Gata national park in southern Spain.
